The RSVLTS mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by RSVLTS (“RSVLTS”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to RSVLTS’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of RSVLTS through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The RSVLTS, LLC uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with RSVLTS. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. RSVLTS Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

 

Effective Date: January 8, 2024

I. General Terms

1. Membership Eligibility: The RSVLTS Rewards program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and residents of the United States. Each member is limited to one account. By participating in the RSVLTS Rewards program, members agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Accumulation and Use of Points: Points are earned on qualifying purchases and can be accumulated over time. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and are not valid for resale or transfer.

3. Rewards Redemption: Points can be redeemed for various rewards as specified by RSVLTS, LLC. The availability of rewards may change, and rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

4. Product-Specific Rewards and Exclusions: Rewards may be applicable to specific products, and exclusions may apply. RSVLTS, LLC reserves the right to designate certain products as ineligible for redemption using rewards points.

5. Reward Codes: Reward Codes are for one-time use only. They are not returned if a purchase is canceled or refunded.

6. Fair Use and Unfair Usage: Any unfair usage, gaming, or exploitation of the rewards system may result in removal from the program. Unfair usage includes, but is not limited to:

    – Exploiting bugs or errors in the rewards system.

    – Using bots, automated methods, or other deceptive tactics to accumulate points.

    – Creating multiple accounts per individual.

    – Engaging in any form of deceitful behavior to earn or redeem points.

RSVLTS, LLC reserves the right to determine what constitutes unfair usage at its sole discretion.

7. Program Changes and Termination: RSVLTS, LLC reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the rewards program or any aspect of it at any time. This includes the ability to revoke, expire, or remove points at our discretion. The terms and conditions of the program, including points and rewards structures, may be modified at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability: RSVLTS, LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the RSVLTS Rewards program.

9. Privacy and Data Usage: Member information will be used in accordance with the RSVLTS, LLC Privacy Policy. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to the RSVLTS Rewards program will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
